Pecan Realty adds value to the real estate process by keeping the profits in the hands of the farmer, protecting our farmland, and promoting the farming heritage

Our Mission

At Pecan Realty, we help aging farmers, new landowners, and families preserve their agricultural legacy while facilitating smart, simple real estate transactions. We do this my reducing our firm marketing fees whenever we can match a current farmer with a future farmer and preserving the rich hertiage of the farmland. Very few real estate firms make this comment to protect our farmland. Our focus is on keeping family farms in the family.
